About the Founder
I’m Paul Rollman, the founder of NJ Cyber Security Solutions. My interest in technology started early — I was the kid who took apart computers just to understand how they worked, and the teenager who enjoyed fixing computers for friends and family. Over time, that curiosity grew into a commitment to helping people feel confident, safe, and supported when it comes to their technology.
As I gained experience, I saw how often individuals and small businesses felt overwhelmed by IT. Too many were left with complicated explanations, unclear pricing, or solutions that didn’t actually solve their problems. I wanted to change that.
My approach centers on clarity, honesty, and making technology easier — not harder — for the people who rely on it every day.
That philosophy is at the core of NJ Cyber Security Solutions. I focus on providing straightforward, secure, and dependable services that help clients avoid the frustration of juggling multiple vendors, deciphering buzzwords, or guessing whether their systems are protected. Why I Chose Blue
Even though green is my favorite color, I chose blue for the company because it represents who I am as a cybersecurity professional. In the security world, blue symbolizes the Blue Team — the defenders who protect systems, safeguard businesses, and stay vigilant against threats. That identity fits the work I do and the kind of support I strive to offer every client: steady, reliable, and protective.
Outside of Work
When I’m not helping clients or improving systems in my home lab, I’m spending time with my wife and our six amazing children. They’re my greatest source of motivation and remind me every day why security, reliability, and simplicity matter so much.
I also enjoy tutoring and mentoring — from teaching basic computer literacy to helping others understand more complex cybersecurity concepts. Whether someone is learning how to use technology for the first time or diving deep into defensive strategies, I love making difficult topics approachable and empowering people with knowledge.
Alongside that, I’m committed to staying current with the latest IT developments, emerging technologies, and evolving cybersecurity risks. I keep my skills sharp through hands‑on lab work, industry research, professional development, and my ongoing education at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).
